Thailand bid to host ASPAC 2013

Thailand Lacrosse Association is working closely with IMPACT to come up with a strong proposal to present it’s case to the APLU at Auckland, NZ to host the ASPAC 2013. The work and preparation is underway in Thailand, with all the logistically factors are being considered. The TLA hope that the event will generate much more interest for the game of lacrosse from the general public in Thailand, as well as to the rest of lacrosse community. The TLA hopes to rely on IMPACT’s world class facilities, and experiences hosting large international event. Which will allowed additional entries to the tournament for both men’s and women’s competitions. IMPACT’s 22,000 capacity stadium which is currently home to the men’s national team, will be one of several competition site for the tournament. With an on-site hotels within a walking distance to the field facilities, will make it very easy for the players to travel to, and from the games.
